1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CyberNexuss services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CyberNexuss provides lead generation and digital advertising services through multiple channels including Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn advertising platforms. Our services include:

  • Lead identification and targeting
  • Multi-channel advertising campaign management
  • Lead verification and qualification
  • Performance reporting and analytics
  • Campaign optimization services

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is performance-based and charged per qualified lead delivered:

  • Facebook Advertising: $40 per qualified lead
  • Google Advertising: $50 per qualified lead
  • LinkedIn Advertising: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. There are no setup fees or monthly minimums. You only pay for qualified leads that meet the agreed-upon criteria.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads will:

  • Meet your specified targeting criteria
  • Have actively engaged with your campaign
  • Be verified for authenticity and interest level
  • Provide accurate contact information

If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate targeting criteria and campaign requirements
  • Respond to leads in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
  • Provide feedback on lead quality to help optimize campaigns

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

7. Limitation of Liability

CyberNexuss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Campaign Performance

While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates or sales outcomes. Lead performance depends on various factors including your sales process, product/service quality, and market conditions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all leads delivered up to the termination date.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and methodologies, remain the exclusive property of CyberNexuss.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
